Exceptional support during emergencies made me feel cared for.

During my stay, I was appalled by the noise from neighboring rooms which completely disrupted my peace. Adding to my frustration, the hotel is located on a hill with steep steps, making it almost impossible for my elderly father to navigate. Lastly, having breakfast outdoors due to their dog policy was not a pleasant experience, especially with inclement weather.

Positive, I had a great stay as a solo traveler for one night. The room was charming and clean, and I loved the comfortable bed. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The location was also excellent for exploring!

i really woudl ve been impressed if the aircon worked properly, but, alas, it was set to a balmy 27 degrees, not exactly ideal for someone like me. plus, the bathroom was absolutely atrocious with cracked tiles and an unusable toilet squished against the wall. honestly, i almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t.
